Functions and Responsibilities:

Establish the path.

Analyze with the client all his/her specific communication needs and marketing objectives in order to establish the right path to reach real and potential customers.

Decide the strategy.

Based on the client's marketing objectives, determine the way to connect the overall business goals with the target audience.

Execute the strategy.

Establish the budgeting and advertising strategies which meet the business specific communications needs and goals. Once having the client's approval the next step is to execute and coordinate the performance of the creative and media plans with the people involved in the advertising campaign.

Communicate the strategy

Expose each campaign to the Sales and/or Marketing Areas of the Client.

Control

Verify that the campaign is properly broadcasted or printed through the media. Check the invoices against their insertion or broadcasted orders.
